Your Home, Your Way, in Midland Texas

At the end of last year, we bought a lot in Colony Ridge. Our family had grown, and we no longer had enough space. The children were getting older, and we needed a bigger place. Happy to have bought the lot, we went looking for a mobile home. We searched in several places nearby and went through some very disappointing processes. By the end of July, we were so disillusioned that we even considered returning the lot. One afternoon in August, I received a courtesy call from Carina and Atlas, a company located in Splendora. We made an appointment with them to see what they had to offer. When we arrived, Carina was very kind and professional, and from that very day, we began working with them on our dream of buying our mobile home. Carina and her team made the impossible possible. The process was difficult, but with the great effort of her and her entire team, today I can say we did it. There are no words to thank them enough for everything they did for me and my family. For those who don't believe in fairy godmothers, there's one in Atlas, and her name is Carina. Thank you for making our dream come true.

Working with Yaya was an amazing experience from start to finish. she was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer my questions throughout the entire process. she made everything easy to understand and truly had my best interests in mind.
